Maison de Maitre - Holiday Accommodation

Accommodation

 

The gites have been converted to a high standard and both offer twin room or double bed roomed accommodation. The rooms are well proportioned with high ceilings, beams & thick stone walls, this keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Most of the furnishing is new, but we have maintained the original character and features of the property.

1st Gite

    
       

Accommodation:

Ground level accommodation.
Tiled floors throughout.
Sleeps 4 people in comfort.
2 spacious double or twin bedrooms. Each with French doors into the garden and views over the vineyards. Hairdryer. Cot and high chair available.
Large fully equipped kitchen with microwave and table & chairs to comfortably seat 8 people.
Large sitting room with lovely old open fireplace.
English TV and DVD Player.
2 sofa beds.
Wood burning stove.
Well stocked bookshelves.
Separate WC/Wet room.
Washing machine and tumble dryer.

2nd Gite

Ground level accommodation.
Tiled floors throughout.
Sleeps 4 people in comfort.
2 double bedrooms. (one will convert to twin beds)
Very large fully equipped kitchen with microwave.
Table & chairs to comfortably seat 6 people.
Bright light & airy sitting room.
English TV and DVD Player.
2 sofa beds. Hairdryer.
Cot and high chair available.
Wood burning stove.
Well stocked bookshelves.
Large shower room / wc.
Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Ample car parking.
The swimming pool is 13 x 7 metres and is fenced off for safety reasons.
Plenty of sun loungers.
Each gite has its own patio area with garden furniture & barbecue.
Table tennis & table football in the garden.
Bikes available.
Local tennis court only a few minutes walk away.

 

General

Bedding, towels and pool towels provided.
1 week bookings accepted.
Saturday changeover.
The gites are available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement but must not be left unattended in the gites.
The owners do have their own pets. (please advise)
Smoking is not allowed in the gites.
