Maison de Maitre - Holiday Accommodation Booking Procedure


How to make a reservation: 
We kindly ask you to send us an email, demanding a contract for the reservation.
For this, we need the following information:
Name
Adress
Place and postal code
Telephone
Email-adress
Total number of persons
Number of children, between 3 and 14  years
Number of children, younger than 2 years
Animals
Date of arrival.
Date of departure.

After we have received that information, we will send you by post a contract of reservation, which has to be signed by you and returned to us.
You also will be asked to supply a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total costs of your stay, either by cheque or by using a banktransfer via IBAN/BIC.

The moment we have received the contract and the deposit, the reservation is done.
